The existing site was used as a laundry service. It is situated behind a car garage and has no direct street frontage, but a narrow access and exit route.
We came up with a proposal of converting the existing shed with additional flats placed on top. These new buildings are timber clad. The two storey buildings have deck access too dual aspect flats.
Later a second panning application promoted a scheme of residential only.
The scheme gained planning in 2016.
